Two verified facts behind every LT Systems product.

Our production plant holds a top-tier national environmental award, and – where a project requires it – we supply GRS-certified recycled aluminium with independently verified traceability. Not marketing claims, but facts verified by audits.

STANDORT

National Green Factory

Our production plant is officially certified as a “National Green Factory” – an award from China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) at national level that evaluates the plant’s energy efficiency, emissions and resource efficiency.

PRODUCT CO₂ COMPARISONVS CONVENTIONAL EXHIBITION BUILD

How a modular aluminium structure from LT Systems compares with a classic wooden structure over the full life cycle – production, transport, assembly and dismantling.

>80 %

CO₂ emissions reduction

CO₂ emissions over the full life cycle (production → transport → assembly → dismantling) of a modular aluminium structure compared with a classic wooden construction of comparable size.

90–100 %

Waste reduction

The modular system enables largely waste-free on-site assembly and avoids the waste typical of classic exhibition builds from timber cutting, painting and plastering.

40–60 %

Transport weight reduction

At comparable strength, the aluminium frame is significantly lighter than a steel or wooden structure, reducing fuel consumption and the CO₂ footprint on long-haul transport.

CIRCULAR MATERIALS & RESOURCES

Plant level · Annual data for fiscal year 2025 (the “Recycled aluminium” row is configured per project; see note)

  • CO₂ emissions reduction

Available on request: up to 100% recycled aluminium, GRS-certified by TÜV. Configured per project — not a standard across all product lines.

  • Aluminium take-back

Used aluminium profiles returned by customers are reprocessed and fed back into production batches, replacing primary material.

  • Material efficiency

Formal self-assessment on material savings completed under GB/T29115; suppliers now pre-fabricate parts to reduce aluminium scrap.

  • Packaging

Switch to paper-based packaging and biodegradable kraft-paper adhesive tape.

  • Product design

Green design across the full life cycle following the 3R principle — Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

  • Water

31,123 tonnes of annual water use (process water only — no process wastewater); water savings ≥ 10% via closed cooling-tower loops.

  • Waste

100% compliant disposal of hazardous waste; general solid waste (aluminium/panel/steel residues) is recovered by licensed contractors.

  • Emissions benchmark

Wastewater and air-emission intensity per production unit each rank among the industry’s top 5%, according to the China Exhibition Centre Association.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY MEASURES

100 % LED lighting

Zone-controlled lighting in all production and office areas, designed to maximise daylight use.

High-efficiency fans

14 large, energy-saving fans (1.5 kW each) installed, saving 40,320 kWh per year.

Electric vehicle fleet

100% of customer shuttle vehicles converted to electric drive, saving 295,400 litres of fuel per year.

Automated warehouse

Automated high-bay warehouse with integrated storage and picking, reducing labour and error rates.

Low-GWP refrigerants

Office building air conditioning uses refrigerant R410A to reduce high-GWP gases.

Closed water loops

Cooling water is fully recirculated via closed cooling towers; no process wastewater is generated on site.
